30% Tax Credit Passes into US Law, Making Windspire an Extraordinary Deal!

On Friday, October 3rd the small wind tax credit legislation was signed into US law. This long-awaited incentive puts small wind systems on a similar playing field to other renewable energy options. For customers, this means a 30% tax credit, up to $4000 per property, off the installed cost of a small wind system.

Corvette OEM taillights

Since 1992 SolarOasis has designed many OEM applications that use LEDs.

This photo shows the first LED OEM replacement taillights offered for sale. Our client, Adjure Inc., contacted SolarOasis for help with this new product introduction. Since that initial engineering they have introduced hundreds of LED based products.

One of the pioneers in the design of LED taillights, SolarOasis engineering worked with Adjure to create the first LED-based replacement taillights for the GMC Corvette sportscar. By combining high brightness LEDs (HBLEDs) with custom control circuitry, the resulting taillight easily met DOT (Department of Transportation) certification, providing superior visibility (brightness, viewing angle, etc.) in all driving conditions and low energy consumption.
